Connect
We connect with our patients to provide individualised care in a way that engenders trust and compassion to all who come to Adeney. We recognise the implicit need to connect with each individual to ensure their healthcare journey is understood and we acknowledge the person behind the disease or procedure. To care for another is a privilege and not a task.
Unify
To provide exceptional care we must unify as one team across all aspects of our business and innately recognise the importance of caring and respecting each other. We acknowledge that effective communication is only achieved if we unify and this ensures we provide the best level of service to all.
Challenge
At Adeney Private Hospital we empower each and every member of the team to challenge themselves to be better, to think differently and improve the outcomes for all who are in our care. Most importantly we challenge ourselves to not accept the norm but to continually look to improve.
