Theatre Application
Adeney Private Hospital comprises of four theatres and an endoscopy suite. Theatres 1 & 2 host a range of ENT, Plastics, Colorectal, Breast, Endocrine, Urology, Upper GI and Vascular surgeries. Theatres 3 & 4 are dedicated for Orthopaedic surgery. We are interested in applications from staff with experience in all areas.
Carley Kercheval is the Nurse Unit Manager for all Perioperative Services at Adeney Private. She is dedicated to building a highly skilled theatre team united by the core values of connection, collaboration, and a shared commitment to daily excellence and improvement.

Ward
Adeney Private Hospital is home to the 30-bed Grigg Ward, purposefully designed to optimise patient and staff flow. Each corner of the ward features dedicated pods to streamline workflow and minimise unnecessary movement throughout the space.
Lisa Rodgers, Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), oversees patient care across a wide range of surgical specialties, including: ENT (including paediatrics), Plastics, Colorectal, Urology, Upper GI, Breast, Endocrine, Vascular, and Orthopaedics.

Day Oncology
Adeney Private Hospital’s Day Oncology and Medical Infusion Unit operates Monday to Friday and features 12 state-of-the-art infusion chairs, delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Jen Owen, Nurse Unit Manager, leads the unit and is dedicated to attracting skilled and experienced nursing staff with a background in oncology or medical infusions.

Dean Alex, Chief Financial Officer, oversees the Patient Services Centre, which encompasses all administrative functions—ranging from clerical admissions and reception to health fund checks and clinical coding.
With more than 30 years of experience, including over 18 years in senior financial roles within the Australian private healthcare sector, Dean brings deep expertise and leadership to this essential area of hospital operations.
