Escalating Your Care
If you have any concerns about the quality or safety of your care, speak with the nurse or doctor looking after you. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can also talk with the Nurse Unit manager. You may also refer to the “I’m Concerned” poster in your room to escalate any unresolved concerns if they remain.
